It is situated in an elevated position above Coniston Water, with views of the Old Man of Coniston and surrounding fells. Ideal base for touring the lakes, with all main attractions within easy reach such as the Ruskin Museum, Brantwood and the Steam Yacht Gondola.
Coniston village is just a few minutes drive away and the South Lakes Peninsula with market towns such as Ulverston is also easily accessible.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead.
