Park-a-Moor is an off-grid remote traditional farmhouse.

It is the perfect retreat from modern living and a total eco experience. It offers stunning views over Coniston Water and the Old Man in a remarkable and rare location.
It is eco living all the way with no mains services.
The house is served by a traditional Lakeland composting toilet, hand-pumped filtered spring water, with cooking on a gas hob and restored Georgian range with built-in wood burner.

Living at Low Parkamoor is a unique experience. It takes care and consideration but the rewards of the simple pleasure of sitting by the fire or cooking on the range make it a treasured experience, it’s like stepping back in time.
Parkamoor was recently restored in collaboration with its owners, the National Trust to provide a unique and memorable retreat.
