The front sitting room has an open fire, leather settees, TV, DVD player and a hifi with ipod dock. The rear lounge has a TV, DVD jukebox with around 200 films, a wood burning and leather settees.
The dining room has a huge table which seats 14 people comfortably. The room also has an open fire place, the work of the designer of the house Augustus Norby Wellmore Pugin no less, the famous Gothic revivalist.

 Ground Floor
Alice Howe has electric storage heating with a separate back up/booster circuit and briefly comprises:
Entrance porch: Leading to the inner hallway which has a large area for storing and hanging outdoor wear.
Lounge: An elegant lounge with open fire (fuel not provided), TV with built in DVD, CD hifi with ipod dock and a Sony Playstation 2 with a number of games.
Dining room: Spacious dining room with open fire, ipod dock and seating for 14.
Lounge: With TV and DVD juke box containing 200 DVD's (great for rainy days) as well as a wood burning stove (fuel not provided).
Kitchen: With large electric range cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.
Cellar: Access down steep steps from the kitchen is used as a drying room with hanging space, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. The cellar also features a pub style slate bed pool table.
Rear hallway: leads out to enclosed patio.
