Description Andrew Leaney's impressively informative website covers walks throughout the Lake District including a broad swathe of the south lakes as far as Humphrey Head (a webmaster favourite). There is a comprehensive guide to the fells and a walking log stretching back to 2001. It is however for walker and non-walkers alike the incredible photography that makes this site so rewarding to tarry awhile on. There are panoramic shots to take your breath away particularly from the summit of Skiddaw and I had great trouble tearing myself away from it. As Andrew says : "Since buying my first digital camera I have begun to capture the images of the changing moods and colours of the Lakes which I have been enjoying for many years.
