Description Why not experience the warm homely feeling of Charlie's Lodge, situated on the shores of Lake Windermere in one of the most beautiful and idyllic locations in the heart of the Lake District. Fully equipped, offering self catering accommodation, available for weekly holidays and short breaks, the charming timber frame lodge sleeps four comfortably and has a large terrace area ideal for relaxation. Access to the outstanding park facilities are within easy access, without even venturing off the park. Among the main features is a fabulous indoor heated swimming pool with adjoining sauna and gym. For your outdoor entertainment the park offers a children’s play area and picnic area.  Also on site, a restaurant, lounge bar and fast food takeaway, where there is a full range of drinks and meals to cater for your every taste, perfect for when you want to unwind as the day draws to an end. Charlie's Lodge has access to free WiFi and limited Sky Channels are available too.  Accommodation The entrance leads through to an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The comfortable lounge area includes an electric fire, flatscreen TV/DVD with limited Sky channels available and an iPOD docking station and opens onto the terrace. A table and chairs are situated in the dining area. The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped with an oven & hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle and washing machine; sorry, no dishwasher!  You'll find all the crockery and utensils that you should need. Master bedroom with a double bed includes, a 19" flat screen TV, fitted warbrobe, cupboards & drawers.  Including an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin & toilet. One twin bedroom with single beds, duvets, fitted wardrobe & chest of drawers. The bathroom has a bath with a shower fixed over, washbasin & toilet. Strictly no smoking. No pets allowed Bed linen is provided, however please bring your own towels. High Chairs are available at a cost Private parking for one car, plus additional spaces available within the park.
