Cockermouth Rock Festival is pleased to announce the first selection of the confirmed line up.
 
Tickets are on Sale from the 1st March 2008 and will be available from the following outlets: Billy Bowman’s-Cockermouth, Wellington Jersey Ice Cream-Cockermouth and new addition The Carnegie Theatre-Workington who also will be manning the Ticket Hotline on 01900 602122

Eightpagepullout
Eightpagepullout consists of 4 members originating from Oban, on the west coast of Scotland. The current sound of Eightpagepullout draws qualities from a diverse range of bands, musicians and genres alike, leading to a polished, diverse sound that they can call their own. Eightpagepullout have recently signed to Lockjaw Records and are to be releasing an EP with them, entitled ‘Stand Up’.
 
South Quay
Local four piece rock / blues band, South Quay stunned the crowd at the opening night of Maryport Blues Festival 2007 with their powerful opening set. Their distinctive musical style fuses Keri Farish’s powerful, emotive vocals with truly impressive performances from all band members.
 
Yellow Bentines’
The YELLOW BENTINES' energetic and fun-filled performances have built up a huge following, having supported bands such as the Arctic Monkeys. Their melodic compositions comprise of a strong piano-trumpet framework. Formed in May 2004 the band has evolved to become one of Glasgow's premier live acts.
 
Indigo Skins
Formed in 2005, Indigo Skins, have been making huge waves in the Indie/ Rock scene in their home town of Carlisle, as well as sparking interest throughout the North Of England. They launched their first self titled E.P in October 2006.
 
Mazzoni
Hailing from Whitehaven, Mazzoni draw their influences from every band you have ever loved, splashing their own unique style of indie rock n roll on top to intensify the experience. Its melody filled britpop at its very best.
