Description Sunday July 22nd 2012 sees the Coniston Country Fair offering the visitor an insight into traditional Lakeland. It is a wonderful opportunity to see the local pastimes and traditions.  The fair takes place in the grounds of Coniston Hall and is  set amongst superb surroundings on the shores of Coniston water against a backdrop of the famous Coniston Old Man and it's surrounding fells.  There is ample parking on the site and the fair is only a short walk from the centre of Coniston village.
