Description
Peace and quiet are on offer at this small wooded holiday park which holds the David Bellamy Gold Award for Conservation. It is situated in an elevated position above Coniston Water, with views of the Old Man of Coniston and surrounding fells. Ideal base for touring the lakes, with all main attractions within easy reach such as the Ruskin Museum, Brantwood and the Steam Yacht Gondola.

Coniston village is just a few minutes drive away and the South Lakes Peninsula with market towns such as Ulverston is also easily accessible.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead.

crake_lodge.jpgThe lodges, 4 two bedroom and 1 three bedroom all 37' long x 12' wide are completely self contained.

All comprise of lounge/dining room with French windows leading onto a balcony with patio furniture. All lodges have been awarded the E.T.B. Rose award for quality.

The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second (and in one case the third) contains two single beds. There are heaters in all bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and shaver point.
