Description Green Farm Cottages are exclusively available at our holiday park Fallbarrow which is within stepping distance of everything Bowness has to offer. Two cottages are available both offering 16th Century accommodation, located on the edge of Fallbarrow Park. Each cottage has a unique character and distinct features. Both feature plasma screen TV, DVD and CD player featuring iPod docking station. Additional extras include dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, BBQ and patio area, towels, beds made and modern, luxurious furnishings. Both cottages provide cot, highchair and baby safety gate as standard. You can stay all year round at Green Farm Cottages. Green Farm Cottage One 4 bedrooms (Sleeps 9) Sleeping areas 3 double bedrooms (one of which can be converted into a twin) 1 single ground floor bedroom Double sofa bed in the lounge All bedrooms are en-suite and some bedrooms feature plasma screen TVs.Courtyard - Private parking for three cars. BBQ and seating area for eight people. Ground Floor - Large open plan lounge and dining area with galley style kitchen. All furnished to a high standard. Plasma screen TV, CD player featuring iPod docking station. Kitchen features dishwasher and all other modern kitchen appliances. Dining area has seating for eight. Single Bedroom – the ‘orange room’ leads off the lounge. Features single bed and is en-suite. First Floor - Leading to master bedroom 'the green room' and the second double bedroom 'the blue room' and utility room. Both bedrooms are en-suite with Plasma TVs.Full bath in master bedroom. The master double bed can be pulled apart into two singles. Utility room features washer/dryer, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. There is also a separate toilet and wash basin, is also a separate toilet and wash basin in this room. Second Floor Attic Bedroom – The ‘pink room’ has a double bed and dressing room area – again en-suite. Steps are quite steep to this room but safety rails are in place, there is also restricted head room so extra care is required. Additional Extras - Cot, highchair and baby safety gate are provided as standard. Additional extras include utility room with washing machine/tumble dryer, BBQ and patio area, towels, beds made and modern and luxurious furnishings. Staying at Green Farm Cottage allows you access to all on park facilities at both Fallbarrow and White Cross Bay (during park season only). Additional charges apply when using the facilities at White Cross Bay. Smoking and pets are not permitted in The Cottage. Please note: A refundable deposit of £150 is required on arrival. Green Farm Cottage Two 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8) Sleeping areas: 2 double bedrooms Twin room on ground floor Double sofa bed in the lounge Ground Floor - Spacious hallway with plenty of storage space, leading to open plan lounge and dining area. Large modern family kitchen. French doors lead to a stunning decking area which is safe for children and outdoor space to relax. Ground Floor Bedroom  - Twin bedroom with ensuite facilities and plasma screen TV. First Floor - Master bedroom with plasma screen TV and ensuite shower. Spacious second double bedroom also has a plasma screen TV plus ample room for a cot. Separate family bathroom. Courtyard - Private parking for up to 5 cars. Decked outdoor space with seating for 8. Staying at Green Farm Cottage allows you access to all on park facilities at both Fallbarrow and White Cross Bay. Additional charges apply when using the facilities at White Cross Bay.
