Fishing

The Lake District has some great fishing opportunities for anglers with a diverse range of species. Pike of up to 30lbs, Carp of similar weight, Tench, Bream, Chub, Grayling and Roach are some of the fish to be found in the area.

Few areas of England can offer such a diversity of fishing in beautiful, quiet surroundings. Lake District waters aren't heavily fished and you can always find somewhere that offers you peace and quiet away from the crowds.
