Welcome To Laurel Bank Guest House in Keswick, the Lake District
Laurel Bank B&B is a guest house in Keswick which prides itself on the high quality of its bed and breakfast holiday accommodation.
In recognition, it has been awarded a 4 star rating by the ETC Visit Britain Quality in Tourism Authority.
All bedrooms are meticulously cared for and have: en-suite bathroom facilities;flat screen TV; free Wi-fi internet access;hairdryer; refreshment tray; radio alarm clock; efficient and discreet service.
Guests also enjoy a private free car park to the rear of the Bed and Breakfast with allocated space for each bedroom - a facility most of the B&Bs and guest houses in Keswick do not have!
Laurel Bank bed and breakfast guest house is handy for the centre of Keswick - one of the most popular holiday resorts in the Lake District. A fifteen-minute walk through the lovely Fitz Park with its rare trees, bowling greens and tennis courts takes you to the heart of Keswick, where there is an abundance of shops, traditional Lake District pubs and good restaurants. Keswick also has its own cinema - the historic Alhambra - and there is an excellent new theatre on the shores of Lake Derwentwater. For those not wanting to walk the local taxis are reliable and inexpensive.
Visitors to Laurel Bank B & B can also walk along the scenic route of the Keswick old railway and on to the Keswick Leisure Centre, at the site of the grand Keswick station.
Awarded a four star rating by Visit Britain, Laurel Bank B&B Guest House provides attention to detail throughout their bedrooms coupled with the efficient and discreet service you would expect from 4 star bed and breakfast holiday accommodation. Situated in the heart of the Lake District close to Keswick town centre the en-suite bedrooms have lovely views of the surrounding hills and woodlands.
Now with five en-suite bedrooms, all individually equipped with remote controlled flat screen TV, clock radio, hairdryer and tea/coffee-making facilities. Free wi-fi connection is also available.

Standard en-suite double bedroom (above left)
One of our two standard en-suite double rooms. Situated at the rear of the property, it has fine views of the wooded slope of Latrigg. The standard rooms are available for single occupancy with a supplement (excluding school holidays).
Superior en-suite bedroom (above right)
Accommodates up to three people plus infant/baby. The room has an airy bay window sitting area with comfortable chairs and enjoys panoramic views looking towards Keswick and Grizedale Pike.
Cosy en-suite double bedroom (above left)
A cosy standard en-suite ground floor double room. Also avaiable for single occupancy with a supplement (excluding school holidays), and a useful room for anyone who has problems with stairs.

This room on the second floor is a lovely en-suite double bedroom that enjoys views towards the wooded slopes of Latrigg.
Superior en-suite bedrooms
The second superior ensuite bedroom (above right) has glorious views towards Keswick. Perfect for a romantic weekend away!
Laurel Bank B&B Guest House offers family friendly bed and breakfast holiday accommodation. It has a high chair for use in the dining room and can accommodate a travel cot in the bedroom.
Pets are welcome at Laurel Bank providing they are accompanied by owners at all times whilst on the premises and doggie beds and/or towels for drying off purposes are appreciated.
Breakfast & Dining at Laurel Bank, Keswick
Dining at Laurel Bank B&B in Keswick is truly a dining experience to savour. Margaret is a qualified chef with almost thirty years experience in the restaurant industry in and around Keswick.
Guests at Laurel Bank can have breakfasts cooked to order. A full cooked breakfast is available including locally sourced Cumberland sausage and free-range eggs. We gladly cater for special diets (just let us know in advance).

Following in mum and dad's footsteps Joseph their son and Kathryn their daughter own Siennas Bar and Steak House Grill in the centre of Keswick. Joseph is head chef and Kathryn is 'mine host' in the bar or restaurant. The upstairs restaurant is family friendly and serves some of the best freshly cooked food in town in comfortable and relaxed surroundings.
The Siennas Bar is popular with the locals, showing regular major sports events on the wide-screen TVs. With an interesting selection of wines and with its cosy corners in the front of the bar, it provides a comfortable retreat for those less interested in the sporting activities to enjoy a drink or bar meal.
