Description
Perhaps better described as being in the mid west, rather than south west Lake District, 120 tent pitches (it gets quite packed) and 6 electric hook ups for camper vans available at the National Trust Wasdale campsite which is open all year round.
Camping costs around £5 per night depending on season. Dog friendly. Maximum group size (except families with children) is 4. No caravans.
New for 2008 - hire a camping Pod from £20 per person per night
Shop and Laundry on Site. The Wasdale Head Inn is a short distance away.
