What can we say about location? The farmhouse  is reached along a track just across from the New Dungeon Ghyll with its Walkers Bar and also the Sticklebarn. We were there during the lambing season and it is an oasis of peace and quiet surrounded by mountains and fields.
It is prime walking country of course but also within reach of Ambleside but I doubt you would want to stray too far from such a lovely place.
