Number One The Terrace

This is an end terrace property like no other. Number One The Terrace is a recently restored historic building that sleeps up to 14 guests.

Ground Floor:

Here you’ll find a large lounge with sumptous leather Chesterfields to seat up to 20 people, the room also has a living flame fire and a large flat screen TV.
The dining/party room has a bar and can be used in many different ways; push back the tables for a party reconfigure the tables for dining for upto 24 people.
The hand-made oak kitchen is a fantastic space to work in, it features a 4-oven AGA, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and small table for breakfasts.
There is a downstairs toilet and a utilty room for wet boots and dogs, it also has a second fridge for all those beers, freeezer, and sink.

First Floor:
With 4 stylish bedrooms.

Bedroom One is a super king-size a designer ensuite shower room, with toilet and sink.
Bedroom 2 is huge room with super king-size sliegh bed and sofa for chilling time.
Bedroom 3 is a double with wrought iron bed.
Bedroom 4 we call “the French room” features beautiful antique white furniture including a king-size bed. The family bathroom has a large free-standing bath a wet room shower, sink and toilet.

Second Floor:
On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The main bathroom has a bath with shower over it, a lage vanity unit/sink and toilet. The smaller shower room is a walk in wet room with sink and toilet.
Bedroom 5 we affectionately call “the dormitory” has 4 single beds.
Bedroom 6 is a lovely king-size with antique metal bed.

Outside and Parking:
Outside there is a large patio area with garden furniture seating for alfesco dining and a barbecue. There is parking for up to 5 cars.
